I have a Vodafone corporate number ********79 and on 30-Sept-2013 i have called to Vodafone customer care to know my bill regarding my two numbers i.e. ********80 and ********79 and the CCE Mr Sikander told me that on this number ********79 bill plan which is working is of Rs. 125 Rentals per month and i was shocked after listening that i have opted for Rs. 100 Rental plan from date of Activation. and from 30-Sept-2013 i am sending mails to Vodafone Peoples i.e. Nodal and Appellate and MD Mr. Martin and Gaurav Manocha and Corporate Care team, but i am not getting any response from these peoples. i have spoken to our corporate Reltaionship Manager Mr. Gaurav Manocha and he told me that he have sent mail to their concern department and everytime he is saying this thing, and i am tired of listening this and of sending mails to Vodafone peoples but not getting any revert.
