Pigeon - Pigeon Gas Stoves

I have bought a Pigeon Gas stove for Rs 5000/- in the month of 08/08/2013 from More MegaStore Hyderabad (Aditya Birla Retail Shop limited).
I opened the Seal on 01/09/2013 and we try to use it. flames were coming from the on/off nob. So when we called to More MegaStore for replacement then informed to contact the service center.
I contacted to toll free number for Pigeon company All India Toll free number 1800-425-66666 and raised a complaint on 02 Sep 2013. they registered the complaint and provided me the Service request number 70027. on the same day one of the service visited my home and said this cannot be repaired you need a replacement. Same he updated to the Service request 70027. and after that it took more than 1week to get the spare part from pigeon company for replacement to the service center Hyderabad. when i called to the service center toll free number they given me the local service center person number, when i called him Mr Babu ph (********96) he replied just yesterday we got the stock from company sir we will reach you today or tomorrow. then i waited for 2 to 3 days and contacted again the also he replied the same. and waited 1 more week then i directly contacted the toll free number and asked them to escalate the issue to higher authority, then they informed me that the is no such process here for escalate the issue.
Then again and again multiple times in a day i called to the service center to resolve the issue. and then i checked the pigeon web site "http://www.pigeonestore.com/" and got some email id of the regional managers ans zonal managers. then i send a eamil to all the branch, Regional and Zonal managers about the issue i am facing. But there is no response from them till now. and again and again i called to the toll free number and asked them to resolve the issue. then again those people send one more service engineer he tested once again and said there is no issue. when we asked to test again the issue is repeated the said he bought the spare part and he replaced and tried again but the issue is there so he said i will come tomorrow and left from my home. and after that there is no update from the Service engineer, so i again contacted to the toll free as asked for update. then they informed it will take some more time ...

I raised the service request on 02 Sep 2013. today is 11 Oct 2013 but there is no use of raising the service request.
the new gas stove was kept a side and waiting for the next step .

Pleas take a necessary action and save the public from gas fires.
