I had bought Sony Ericsson K530 From Planet M, Powai on 31/08/2010 with 2 Year extended warranty having Invoice No. 236704. The phone was not booting and so I gave it for repair to planet M on 08/02/10 with job sheet No. P26525. After 3 Months of waiting the store management said the phone was not repairable and that after contacting the Head Office they will give a replacement or a refund. Again after a month they went back on their word and denied me a replacement giving a reason that the phone had a physical damage. But i have a Work sheet from Sony Ericsson with Work Order No. SE310RT110560 which clearly mentions that there was no water damage or Physical damage to the phone when it was submitted. This work sheet from Sony Ericsson after sales service center RT Outsourcing was given by the management of Planet M. Up till now they have not given me any reply or Replacement or Refund to the phone.
