Student - Phone numbers disturbing

Sir,
For few days some of the following Reliance numbers are disturbing my girlfriend.
They are proposing her, and continuously abusing her and using offensive languages.
I will be thankful if you take action against these numbers.
The numbers are ********66 and 0********54
Complainant's Goal: Take action against 09543397054 and 8101978966 numbers.
