I am Bharath N, holding saving account with kotak Mahindra bank having CRN No: 36416481.On the day of 21st April 2018 I was searching kotak Mahindra bank Longford road town branch contact number then I got a number form Google which is fraud number(0********22) I have attached screenshot for your reference. Reason of the call I was needed swift code of kotak bank. Fraud was asked my debit card details and cvv number and amount was debited from my bank account Rs 9000. Later I got a call from kotak customer care stating that was fraud even I didn’t receive any debit massage from bank and the same day I have raise the complaint with kotak customer care.
