Sir/Madam,
I joined the company Tantia Agrochemicals Pvt.Ltd. on 1.01.2010.
On oct.2016 company told me verbally that I should resign as the company was not in operation mode. From then I am jobless . But Whenever I asked for my pf withdrawal company told me that there is a due of pf contribution from march 2016 I have to wait till the company repay the pf dues. Now I came to know the company is under liquidator.company is avoiding to certify my pf withdrawal from. Even the dues of pf has not been paid till now. So please help me to withdraw my pf fund.
