Respected Sir/Madam:

I have been working for a company for past 8+ years named ACCENTIA TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD, a Medical Transcription Company, but from past year that is December 2012, we had some discrepancies in our salaries receiving it on time. This scenario continued for three months as our employer was just giving dates and dates. All of a sudden one fine day all the employee stopped working because of salary issues. After resigning, when we apply PF, we came to know that our employer has NOT PAID THE PF AMOUNT FOR PAST YEAR and No one from the PF office contacted our company (ACCENTIA TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD).

Now we are sufffering a huge loss as we have not received our PF amount plus Our salaries, our Gratuity, and our Paid Leave encashment.

Can you please let us know how to proceed in this regard if the companies like ACCENTIA TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD. Start CHEATING the GOVERNMENT officials in this way.
