Dear Sir,

I left Geodesic Ltd on Nov 2012 as company is not able to pay salary,
till today 30 Jul 2013 almost 3 months salary is unpaid.
After resignation i have submitted the PF withdrawal form, till date company has not forwarded my form to PF department.
I have reminded them many times, also done inquiry with PF department, then i came to know that Geodesic has not deposited my PF money from May 2012 to the date (N0v 2012) i left the company, but as per may Salary slips they have deducted the money from Salary, the same is with TDS they have deducted it but not deposited.
They have done the fraud.
This scenario is with all the employees.

Please help, what to do get our money back.
