Myself Mr.Mohd Hasin stays in Mumbai, Jogeshwari (E). And had completely feedup of continous follow for my PF amount. I was working withe the company Name (Tele Access) and my jointing date was 22nd Nov 2007 and I resigned the company on 10th Apr 2008 after resinging just after days I filled up the PF form and submit in the company to the HR name Ms.Veena after submission of the form she commited me that the PF amount will be credited into my account after 2 months so after 2 mths when I call Ms.Veena she told me to call me back on next day to konw the status of the PF so I continously keep calling Ms.Veena for at list 2 weeks but she dose not picked up my phone so at last I personally visited the company and when I meet her she told me Oh! I am sorry Hasin I was busy in taking the interview that\'s why I do not attend your call. I said Ok. Again she commited me to call after 1 week and I will take the Signature of the Director Name (Ajita Nachane) and submit the PF form in the PF company. So this continously repeated for at list 1 year. After all this incident I directly send my wife to Tele Access ask her not get up till the PF form is given to her. After this incident HR of the company provided her a PF form and we submmited in the Charkop office in Feb 09 after submitting the form the clerk commited that it will be automatically into my account. So after 4mths when my wife visited to the PF company to know the status she was told that the form is rejected and when confirm the reason of rejection of the form the charkop office employee tell to confirm it from the Tele Access when we try to confirm it from the Tel Access they tell us to confirm it from the PF company so there is no way where we can easily get the PF money refunded so request you to kindly look into the matter.
