Hi Dignitaries,

We purchased an Yamaha FZ-version 2 FI model bike during the month of April of 2017 , we received the delivery with a delay of almost twenty days. Even after delayed delivery we could see some defects in the bike delivered like petrol tank stickering is missing and when enquired we were not properly answered or we were diverted on the issue .Moreover after continuous follow ups with Showroom people on this we were not not guided or helped effectively instead we were made to stress on this daily calling them and walking into the showroom on regular basis.We are looking a speedy action on this and provide us the required assistance in getting this done.Kindly assist and be helpful in dealing this issue. I will be very thankful if this issues resolves as soon.
