i have made a order on Paytm on 15th June 2017 with order id - 33******** and amount was 750 in this amount 50/- i got on time of order as cashback.

When i received the product that was defective i returned that and applied for refund in this order i made payment for that order with my SBI Card, on date of 23 Jun 2017 refunds has been provided by Paytm as per the details which i have in Paytm app.


But from that day i continue call to Paytm and SBI but both of them are refusing for the refunds.

Paytm has provided some refunds details they have send me my bank details and
ARN/RRN No -********1********738865
Refunds Date - 23th June 2017


Kindly help me.
