Myself Tushar Kansagara, i cancelled my mobile phone order on 17th March because of Mobile was not deliver after1 month from the date of order.

As per mentioned on timtara website payment should be refund after 7 working Days but today is 21 April, MORE THAN ONE MONTH. but since 1 month i can't receive my payment.

I contact to customer care many times but they told me your payment will receive after two-three days and also many time they disconnect calls.They talk me like this since 20 days.

I am very tired to call customer care. i dont want to take more time for cash back. So please Refund my money as early as possible
