I did purchase a Kenstar Excellence - Food Processor(Model MF 0204) few years ago. Recently it has got some problem in operation. I called the service call centre number 1********40 and got the complaint registered. They sent a person from Authorised service centre called \"SUPER SERVICES\" from Chattarpur, Near Tivoli Garden.
The person came and try few things first by fixing the rotor in the jar. Then told the person at home that Motor needs to be replaced, we got it changed. For which he did provide an Invoice also(Number 1314 dt. 26-03-2010). Soon after few days the machine again started not working as expected,
We called the service centre directly with the reference of earlier complaint number as the motor is under 3 months warranty, no proper response just assurance.
Finally we register another complaint with call centre, they did send a person for repairs.

The person said that the rotor on the jar is not fitted well because a washer which should be put at the bottm has been wrongly placed.

He did correct the same and charged for that also, while leaving I did ask him for Invoice and he provided me Invoice otherwise he even did not bother to provide the receipt for money he had taken. Now, when I realised by looking at the Invoice (number 1344 dt 03-05-2010), it was the same person who made that mistake earlier and now corrected and charged me for service charges.

ANOTHER thing to notice that this so called service centre\'s Invoice doesn\'t contain any TAX REGISTRATION number,
I am really SORRY to say, if a compalny like KENSTAR can assign these sort of people a service centre what will happen to the customers. This is completely not accepatable.

1.> Person made mistake in first call
2.> Same person corrected the mistake in next call and charged service charges
3.> Invoice only given when asked for it
4.> Service Centre provides no information/guidance on after service call
5.> A servei centre provides Invoices without TAX registration number means his Invoice / Receipts are Fake
