Say NO to Wardrobe drycleaners…

I had given a pashmina shawl for dry-cleaning to Wardrobe at their outlet in Shop no.8, DDA Market, Shanti Niketan dated 17-mar-2011. The invoice no. is A01******** and the item no. on the invoice is 7. The shawls exquisite print has been completely damaged and disfigured beyond recognition and the fabric of the shawl is also roughed-up.

I reported the issue to their customer care center and the complaint no. provided to me was C4138 dated 2-apr-2011. After lot of follow-ups they offered Rs.1000/- free wash in name of compensation which is highly disgusting and not-acceptable.

I am extremely shocked and broken-down and request adequate penal action against them and compensation for the damage and time-wasted and harassment.
