My parents have sent a parcel from Hyderabad on 19th of January and the courier guy promised them that the parcel will be delivered on 20th of January. On the very next day I called them to check the status. I was told that due to some issues it cant be delivered on time but evening it will be delivered. The guy who took the parcel name is Ramesh and his mobile# is +********9771 and the name of the courier servce was ICL.(Integrated Couriers & Logistics) and the tracking# is 13948351.

I called there Hyderabad office and they gave me Pune office number to contact and check the status. When I called them they said that the parcel is @ their offiice and will be delivered by evening. And they said that if it is urgent they asked me to come to their office. I was not happy with the service so I said that I will complaint about this so they said that if I wants to complaint I can but they cant deliver the parcel as I have to come to their office personally to pick it up. I dont know the name of the person but his mobile number is +********6206 and Office address is: Super Speed Express/team United 1047 Sadashiv Peth, Shop No# 12 near Ramesh Dying, Pune 411030. Contact No: 020 ******** / 020 24455020.

I would appreciate if you could look into this matter and provide appropriate feedback to them and also advice them to get the parcel delivered as soon as parcel.
