On date 3/9/12 i bought a brand new LCD LED TV from M/s Chawla Electronics in HUDA Market, Sector-29 Faridabad, who claims to be an authorized dealer of Panasonic and sell their products.

I purchased a new TV from them and when i saw that after installation, i found that it is a used piece and it is not neat and clean and have lot of dust on back side corners, which can accumulate only if the TV is kept open for many days.

I have spent almost Rs.60,000.00 to buy this TV which was actually out of my budget but somehow i managed to fulfill my dream to buy a big LCD.

Today, i.e 4/9/12, i went to that dealer to ask for my money back because i neither want to deal with a cheater, nor with Panasonic, who didn't know what their dealers are doing. And god knows, maybe it is an usual practice for Panasonic as well.

Now i feel cheated and im extremely depressed because of this incidence. I want my money back. But i feel more helpless because i called Panasonic customer helpline and they also said that we cant do anything and we cant help you to get your money back.

I will recommend all readers to stay away from Panasonic & Chawla Electronics.
