I worked in Accenture for two years. I have left Organization in 10th August 2012 & company refused to pay my final settlement because the reason of portal not updated. I have paid Rs.550/- to get my experience letter & After 3 months I have applied to claim my PF but company not submitting my form to PF Office & they keep on saying we have retrieved your incomplete form. I have 2 times & I have scan copy of the form nothing is wrong in that form even the consultant has been checked but everything is fine. Please give me suggestion to collect my final settlement & Claim to PF directly for PF Office.
