It is very simple to book a room from OYO ROOMS APP, but it much hard to convince to the hotel people i have a booking in their hotel from OYO ROOMS.
Highly Un-satisfied from OYO ROOMS.
With family a 2 day trip is cause cost me more than 30,000 with the bad service and bad experience of OYO ROOMS.
I deleted the app next day as i reached back Lucknow and when try to give my full review about bad service and what i faced no one exact taking any action or hear for seriously from OYO ROOMS customer staff.

I had the same experience. Bad thing is OYO room has zero coordination with hotels. Dont go for discounts, it is a torture to book through this nonsense OYO rooms.
