I bought a phone from someone original and is in contact then he did a courier from Overnite Express Limited on 23/05/2018 still the package is not delivered and the number of delivery boy given to me is ********71.
The seller name is Jai Kisan Ph.No.********52, I bought a I Phone 6S 32GB for 12000. I saw his AD on OLX. Then when I paid him he shipped through Overnite Express and next day he also gave me delivery boy's number and when I contacted him for delivery he kept making excuses and till date my product is not delivered.
Also I have all proofs with me to take any type of action against him, So please if any body can guide me what should I do........
