Booked an AC Indica taxi through net from Clear car rental,pune. Booking no PK00020245 dt.28-10-13.Travel date 13-12-13.From Pune Rly station to Bhimasankar temple at 6.30 AM n back. As the round trip distance from Pune Rly station to Bhimasankar n back is 240 Kms,we agreed for a distance limit of 250 Kms.The amout agreed was Rs. 2730/=.An advance of Rs,546 /=was paid at the time of booking n the balance was to be paid to the driver after the journey. Me n my wife, both senior citizens were to travel.

The driver was rude n discourteous.He asked us to agree for a limit of 300 Kms or get out of the taxi.When I tried to oppose,he threatened us to throw us out of the taxi .As time at our disposal was short ,as we had to catch our return train,we agreed.During our travel,the temperature was around 10 degree.We expected him to use the heater.Instead,he opened the glasses of the front door to make us suffer.On request he closed the glasses. After our return he charged for 285 Kms. We paid a total amount of Rs,2985/=.My wife is yet to recover from the cold she suffered during our travel.

Demand an unconditional apology from the company for the breach of contract n return of total amount charged,as the AC was not used n the driver was discourteous.
