My name is Sandeep, studying in 2nd year B.com at Seshadripuram Academy of Business Studies, #18, 3rd main, Kommaghatta rd, Kengeri Satellite Town, Bangalore-60.

I hereby inform that our college is illigaly collecting money from students in the mode of penalty. In the sence students who doesn't appear for or one who fails in preparatory exams students must pay rs 200 per subject has penalty in this semister. Last semister also they did like this. But in any of the college no principles will collect penalty like our college principle does. With regarding to this they are also collecting more amount of money from students who having shortage of attendence in academic semister.
on 11th april 2014 principle issued a circular stating that '' We are levying a penalty of rs.200 per subject for not attending/failing in the preparatory exam.''
Last semister when they collected rs.100 as penalty they gave recipt by showing it as other charges.
But nobody knows where this money goes.

So please accept my complaint, and take concerned action on college authority, and give justice to students.
and also suggest the person for whome students must approach to get solve our problems.
