Hello Sir/Madam With Due Respect and Honor as a Indian Citizen ask your permission to file a Complain/Report/Misrepresenting Case against an Indian company based in New Delhi, India. I NEED LEGAL NOTICE AGAINST THEM

I am an Indian origin born and raised NRI now living in Hong Kong. I have my business and trading company here in Hong Kong and as i m from India so i take some services for my business from my country. My company name is Asiana Int'l Co. This complain is against this company who had made me so much in loss due to their unprofessional and ignoring behavior. I have all proof against them with names and all chat and email details. I paid all money in ADVANCE trusting that as an Indian they will not cheat an Indian who giving them work and business.

I am writing this email about a corruption/cheating and fraud case for a Indian E-commerce compnay who is quite big in India and running website like ExportersIndia.com and IndianYellowPages.com

Firstly they committed to deliver the services in few weeks but it's been almost 4 months and the site is incomplete. They gave me all sort of work commitments but many features are still missing. Now they have simply avoiding. Weblink is just a company who want to make money by cheating. All they want is money and even when the work is pending they give you all fake promises to complete the work so you can release the payment first. Recently they asked me changes and updates and and gave me in writing that they will make remaining changes soon but after they stopped replying to my emails and when i call then Mobile is switched off as well as no reply of call to me This is happening since many months now. Weblink is a fraud company. before they was calling me so many times to get money and now they think i m out of india so cant do any thing. Even i told some press but they also find way to reply them If you help me then i take a legal action against them as i suffered a lot of mental, emotional and financial problems and losses due to them. i can show all proof whatever you want to know and see and the you can decide what to do.

I want to complain against a Indian company and website called EXPORTERSINDIA for not completing the job since 31st July and i
want to report for fraud and cheating and taking money from and NRI indian for not completing service as i paid all money in advance
these people are responsible who i am in touch for more than 2 months and till now i have nothing in hand as of 18 september 2013

Mr. ALOK : ********28 – he is under DHARNA and done the sales with me and i given money on his words and now he not talking

Ms. NANCY – she is under ALOK and she coordinating my work with designers and others but no use

Mr. VIKAS – he is senior of ALOK as he talked me one time only and promised me lot things but also avoided me and instead of solving my case he was asking for money.

With Ms. Leena Singh i recently talked and complained again today ad she said thier GM Mr. Amarnath Singh will handle case

Ms. Diksha : She Left the company and left my work in middle of work and no result
