This is regarding the product order ID 100004019, a pair of flip flops ordered through the company's shopping site. I was called by an executive from getitbazaar almost 2 weeks back informing me that the product ordered is not available in stock and the full amount made for the payment, Rs.499 will be refunded into my bank account within 7 days. Had given complaint regarding the same at the customer care number provided too, where I was promised that a call-back would be arranged to me within 24 hours, but the same never happened. The product was ordered on 1st August, but the refund has not yet been made by the company. pls look into the same and help me get a speedy solution/ refund.
