Dear Sir,

I have placed an order of Gionee F103 3GB Mobile on Syberplace.com on 16-Dec-15. I also get an email confirmation that it will be dispatch soon . Since than its still not been dispatch everyday i am calling and emailing them but their customer care team always gaving me excuses that it will be ship in next 24 hours. Since 8 days they are keep saying that it will be dispatch in next 24 hours. I also requested them to refund my money if you cannot dispatch but they are not refunding.
Kindly request you help me get money or order ASAP.
