Dear Sir,
I ordered Samsung galaxy s duos s7562 from your online portal(www.Starcj.com).
My order number is 20130217037409.I ordered it on 17 th Feb. 2013 (actually on Saturday 16 th Feb. 2013 12:10 Am ).
While purchasing I found it deliverable within 3-5 working days. Since I have good experience with star cj (last time star cj delivered in 2 working days) I decided to purchase this mobile.
I am about to leave Mumbai on this Saturday and shifting to Pune due to my job .
After paying whole amount through credit card , I noticed my delivery status remained unchanged for 4 days (Ready for shipping).
So I started calling starcj customer care services. I was expecting to change my delivery status as "Shipped".
After 4 calls someone finally took my complaint seriously and forwarded my complaint to dispatch department.
Mr. Suraj Jadhav called me and said "We need to order this product from Samsung dealer and it may take 7-10 days and you need to pay additional octroi ,instead of paying 6% octroi you can cancel your order else you need to pay 6% octrai additionally "
Now my questions are
1. If product was not available in stock, how your system could allowed me to purchase the same and pay for the same.
2. Even if you required ordering it from some where , why I should pay the octrai? It was your duty to arrange it in the same price.
3. You already made me wait for around 7 days. And for refund also you are taking 7-10 working days.
4. I purchased it using credit card , so more the days you required to refund my money ,my credit card interest will be increased.
Since I have purchased it using credit card and I have to relocate to pune . Kindly refund my money ASAP.
It's my humble request ,please please refund my money at earliest so that I can buy it from some local shop.
And request you to maintain good service since as a customer we required good customer service .
