I Manohar. C had given an order of five formal shirts on www.100bestbuy.com (order No. 13270806) on 28/11/13. The reference number of the order is 27850803. The order that was sent to me consisted of casual wear.
Upon contacting their call centre, I was informed to send an email on info@100bestbuy.com. I have been consistently sending emails on the given email address info@100bestbuy.com but this has been of no use as there was no response from their side.
After nearly one month I was informed verbally to send back the order which I did on 7/1/14 at my own expense.
It has been 33 days since I sent back the order, for which I got the confirmation/refund receipt (No. 57813231) of Rs. 1134 by saying that amount will be credited to my HDFC card which I have used for purchase. But still I have not yet receive the refund amount of Rs.1134. Daily am contacting their call centre but they saying that amount already transferred . If I asked any proof of credit they disconnect phone line. In spite of this I sent so many mails on info@100bestbuy.com. But my statement not showing any credit. Kindly provide necessary solution.
