I am raising this complaint in common interest thou the amount of transaction is small (1000.rs only) it is our responsibility to act on fraudulent where companies like this are involving & continue to do.

If persistently try & catch hold of any of the representative they provide only false commitment continuously.
I ordered for a tempered glass for my phone on COD option & had it delivered whereas the displayed one and the received one was completely different. Hence I wanted to opted to cancel & take refund, I kept on trying the customer care no several days & lucky one day a representative called Muskan picked up & convinced me not to cancel the product & insisted me to choose an other product so that the same shall be alternate for the amount 600 which was already paid And she initiated a pickup for old product.
After that almost a month followup I did with this company at last they delivered me some product & took 400 additionally (total 1000rs) at kast some pethatic case which dose not even belong to my phone & completely a different product that I wanted was inside the box.
I had tried on all means to connect with the company & get my product or cash back but couldn't able to make it, request a legal help many of the clients would have had this kind of issues with these kind of companies. May be amount is small & wouldn't have taken initiative to highlight.
I have got almost 9 msg from this company & all relevant mails. The product is still at my home in the same condition as delivered. I can submit these at any point of time.
