I was trying to purchase a product in their website and has swiped my payment through my credit card. The customer service of this company is saying that they do not return money, and will only credit points to go ahead and purchase some other product on their website. Each time when we try to purchase some other product they deduct 50% points and ask us to pay the balance.

I believe that they are fooling the public by saying that the product is available and now they are blacklisting the IP's if u try to search their site.

Hence required you to take severe action against them as they are cheating the public.
