Sir,

I Have Made A Purchase from the website- "www.shoppingneeds.in" on 26/04/2015.
I have made a payment of INR 152 for the same. They stated in their policy that oreder will be shipped within 4-5 days of placing it but still they neither shipped my order nor i have received the product.

I have tried Contacting them through the Customer Care No. they have mentioned on their website but None of them are Working & Even lodged a complaint on their email id but still they haven't responded for the same.

Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.
