To whomsoever it may concern

I am most disappointed with the pathetic service offered by the above business group. To summarize my bad experience is I ordered the online order of flowers and cake delivery to my friend's birthday on 25 march 2014, for a delivery on 27th march, not only the said organization failed to deliver , neither they contacted to apologize nor respond to the emails sent. Further this surprise gift was not delivered , my friend had to call and follow up and they promised to refund 10 days passed not an refund also processed. I am surprised what kind of business is the owner running. More over when I called today from overseas, the people just took the number and disconnected when they knew I was not asking questions in a difficult tone.

I demand an apology from the owner of the organization for not honoring my order, with a refund and costs involved to refund my international calls costs.

I have placed the order on 25 march 2014
I received an automated email with my order # as 100012914
I was charged a INR 1,249/-
I sent email 3 times to raise a complaint no response
I called today on ********94 and 98867 22619 and raised a complaint they dropped the line and further I asked who is the owner or his mobile number they refused to give his number said owner is shetty and they would not disclose his mobile number. I demanded a call back but they refused to do so and said they are on lunch and did not had a courtesy to take a note for a call back!!

If you are looking for the proof, I have it in the form of doc. please advise how you want the support.
