I have booked 32" HD LED TV through https://viraldeal.co.in , the payment has been successfully processed with my HDFC BANK credit card,and I have not received any intimation like sms, email or call from viraldeal and G L Electronics as well. The transaction details received from bank are as follows,

Though M/S G L Electronics, Patna have received the payment they have not processed for my order and viraldeal has not provided me any details to track my order, it is a serious issue with the website and the vendor as well. It seems to be both are trying to cheat people.request to kindly investigate against both the viraldeal website and M/S G L Electronics in depth and recover the amount from them for all the victim customers like me.
