Sir,


I made a purchase from www.thefragrance9.com on 30/07/13 of Rs.4300
and used the CC avenue gateway for the above said amount and the
same amount was debited from my Axis Bank account.

Contact Person: Mr Pramod Sharma
Amount: Rs. 4300.00


The mechant promised me to deliver the goods within 3 working days
from the date of order, but even after 20 days, I havent received the goods
or even any delivery related confirmation.


I've been trying to contact the person, but the person is not resonding to my phone calls
or replying me.

So, the whole issue seems quite suspicious and I request you to resolve the matter at the earliest

Sorry to hear you got Duped too.

I am a Victim too from last 3Months i havent heard from them.

i have seen 15-20 similar complaints and no outcome.

contact CcAvenue, or if you paid by card..apply for chargeback.

and next time do a research before buying from sites offering too low prices.
