On 14th February my friend ordered a bouquet of 15 pink flowers and a pack of Ferrero Rocher chocolate online on Bhubaneswar Gifts. The delivery address was 306, Basudev Plaza, Kalpatru Vihar, Swarnapuri Road, Patia, Bhubaneswar, Odisha - 751031. The date of delivery was 14th Februrary itself. Product came on 15th February in which Bouquet was of 10 flowers instead of 15 and No chocolate box was there. She tried to call the person several time on 14th but no one responded phone and on mailing the reply came that we will deliver the product on 15th. On 15th I called up the person and the reason for all this then he said that there was huge rush. I said then you should have denied the order and have had said that you were over booked. He didn't respond on this. I asked him to cancel the order and return the spare money (charging for 10 flowers bouquet) on which he hung up the phone.
