I had ordered for a shoe from online store of clarks (www.clarks.in) on 25thJan 2015. I was told that it will get delivered within a week but it didnt get delivered then after few mails they sent one mail saying that they will confirm from stock if its availabl then they will revert in 72hours now its been more than 142 hours i sent many emails but no reply, not responding to my calls and not even making refund.please take some serious action.
