I placed an order on this website on 27th of August and received this order on 29th of August.
When I opened the outer packing of the parcel and found the product inside it,I found that the outer seal of the box of the box was open and when I opened the box I found that mobile was not in it's original packing and was used and when I tried to switch it on it was not switching on.
after all this I tried calling the surpluss.in team but their phone is either switched off or out of coverage area.Not only this but also I sent them mails regarding this issue but their is not reply from their side.
