One Auto with Number KA03, AA392 was driven by a person without license and he hit my vehicle from the left side while trying to overtake my vehicle in a single lanes for each side of traffic. THis happend near Kaggadasapura main road (after crossing railway gate in kaggadasapura and driving towards Bagmane Tech Park). HE was not obliging to come along with me to police station to lodge a complaint. As there was no traffic police around that area and I had to rush to office I am logging a online complaint. My car has a minor scratches. However, the driver was of the opinion that he had not done any mistake by hitting my car from hte wrong side and also driving WOTHOUT licence. We should discourage such incidents
