Omaxe is a big time cheat... I am also facing the same thing...

They are not paying for the delays attributed to them (Omaxe).

A Big time cheat.

We should not let them walk away so comfortably ... SPREAD the WORDs on EACH & EVERY FORUM.

Also in Omaxe heights ... Club/ Gym's construction is still under progress. We have payed for it years back.

What about paying interest @ 18% on that money.?

HUDA has already waved off the Interest on the EDC via letter of Chief Controller of Finanace (HUDA) dated 5-Mar-2012.

But We still have no info about refunds.... What about interest on this amount ??

& When we contact Omaxe they say they do not have any idea....

A BIG TIME FRAUD ... NEVER EVER BUY in any PROJECT of OMAXE.... !!
