My views about customer care executives and services were all changed when i contacted Matrix cellular’s customer service centre. What a backend team that’s clearing running the show. I had some issues with my sim card in Singapore – said unregistered. I had called up the customer care to take their instead, instead the lad who atteneded my call surprised me saying he will have someone from their local office attend me and give me a new sim card instead. And someone sure did meet me !! Amazing Matrix guys
