We would like to bring to your notice about the irregularities and faulty construction made by builder Mr. LakshmiNarayana Gummadi, M/S Lakshmi InfraTech India (P) Ltd., against the actual plan submitted to GHMC for obtaining approval. We would request the competent authority GHMC to re-evaluate the initial plan submitted by Builder to GHMC and the actual work done at the premises as of now, We noticed that most of the commercial construction are not been fulfilled as per the plan. We residents are getting disturbed because of the continuous demolish and reconstruction works. Also because of this activities we faced the structural damage happening inside the residential area which is showing up cracks due to hammering and drilling works.
We also want to bring to your notice that Library which is meant for the society and been shown up initially in the plan has been registered to commercial activity(Proof Attached). Also the builder is in a process of converting the other areas like Children's Play Area and Yoga Centre to be executed for a commercial sale.
Request the competent authority GHMC to take necessary action against the Builders/ Developers on same ground.
