I ordered following product "Finishing Touch Permanent & Painless Hair Removal" . My order number was #39211.I did payment through credit card to their payment gateway. My email mentioned was vs108@rediffmail.com and name as vrajakrsna das They gave tracking number P000017160666. But it is showing nothing. When i sent email they are telling it is still in tracking Its around 3 months since i paid. In india rupees it was Rs1309. Please help me to get back my money

they are fraud.i also ordered same hair removal product in 2017 but its still showing its on the way.how to take legal action against them

This company Novaria Home is a cheater. Same case with me for a simple leather belt.

The company is fraud it seems. I ordered my product 7 months back!!!! Till date it shows 'in transit'.. and sadly I already paid RS 5000 for it..
Noone is available to reply to mails also now.
How can one file an actual complaints against such companies?

Novaria Home is a fraud company.

There is a dire need to initiate enquiry against the company Novaria Home and issue cautionary notice about this company for the benefit of people and black list them internationally.

The company has not disclosed its phone number on the website.

Of late, company's website appears to be invisible on internet.

Since long, company's product are not visible on Facebook as advertisements.

Something is fishy and needs complete interrogation.

I had ordered leather belt sometime in February 2017 and made payment by credit card.

Its more than one year that the consignment left on 07.02.2017 from airport to the destination country India and no details are uploaded in the tracking status and no delivery is made.

Innumerable e-mails have been sent to the seller Novaria Home. Only once the company gave vague reply with lame excuse.

The company has till now neither delivered the item nor refunded me money paid through credit card.

IT IS A 420 COMPANY, NO ONE SHOULD DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. A CRIMINAL CASE MAY BE FILED IN USA AGAINST THE OWNER OF THIS ORGANISATION.

Got tracking number but till 16th Sept only. Are you making fool to customer by showing false promises .
