Hi,

I bought a used car from Carnation Bangalore, Marathahally on october 2012. It is a Honda City ZX [KA 04 MD 5160]. It is more than six months, they have not yet given me the RC book. I was initially told that they lost the RC book and going to apply for a duplicate one. This happened in Jan 2013. I was in Bangalore and working with Igate. I am transferred to the US in Feb first half.

I have called many times and each time the manager tells that by next week i will be getting the RC book. These days he is not responding to my call also. I have mailed them many times but no response.

When moved to the US, i shifted the Car to my native place [Kochi-Kerala]. I am planning to bring it back when i am back in Bangalore.

Please let me know how should i proceed since i am not getting any proper response from them.
