I need that any person from Service tax department should contact me so that i can provide him the proof of cheating going on by a company in delhi. its a builder firm and all there projects are of Goa..they are taking service tax from the customer as they are making more than 12 flats.. but yet they are not register in service tax dept. and not paying service tax to the govt..they are also accepting black money. if proof needed i will provide..
