Last 18 months before, i had procured TVS Streak motor cycle from M/s.SBM motors showroom at papers mills road. Last 3 days (22nd April'14) before motor cycle has got stuck while driving. I had taken it to the service center of SBM motors. After 2 days when i called up for the readiness of bike, i got reply that ENGINE has problem and it will take time to rectify. And it will happen so.. This is not the first time we are using with TVS bikes. We have been using various models of TVS bikes for the past 15 years and we had no issues till such time. I am surprised of quality on product this time. Is this TVS product mistake or service dealer issue. Not getting proper response from M/s.SBM motors service on this. Requesting you to look into this seriously and sort out the issue.. Expecting better service at all times.
