I wish to launch a complain against Jack “n†Jill ,C-79,LGF,Malviya Nagar ,New Delhi(mobile-********02,********56) owned by Mrs Anjali and Mrs Nidhi who have rented space to Mrs Mamta Sharma to teach yoga .They claim to run Yoga classes also but no one is aware of the ownership .I have been cheated and fooled by them.they took 1700 rs from me on 2nd April 2011 (200 for registration and remaining 1500 for yogasan 5 days a week (from Monday to Friday ) for 1 hour each day.i faced the following problems in 7 days I did yoga there and now they are not even ready to refund my fee-
I was told there are 2 batches one for 6pm-7pm and other one from 7pm to 8pm. I was promised on the first day I gave the fee that if I miss class for 6pm to 7pm I can be adjusted in 7pm -8pm batch but just after 2 days I saw the yoga trainer there Mrs Mamta Sharma seemed to be in a lot of hurry to close class for both batches in half and hour only and also insisted me to adjust myself in 6pm to 7pm batch which became a problem for me as I am working and timings was a major concern.
The trainer was not physically fit .she could not move her hand because of a mild accident she met with and still she fooled me and accepted the fees .she only demonstrated verbally and didn’t help me do aasans by guiding me physically.
I was told to bring yoga mat on my own which I thought was a small thing for the centre people to adjust in HUGE fee they charged from me.
The centre lacks professional setup, there are hardly any facilities .the trainer used to talk on mobile and there was continuous disturbance from children from playschool (Jack “n†Jill) who kept entering the yoga premise every now and then.space and environment plays such an important role in yoga but centre lags all.
The trainer only kept teaching simple boost up exercises in the half an hour she took the class .i had no idea when will she start with actual yoga aasans .i doubted if she would or not?
After seeing all this I decided to quit yoga and to get my fee refunded for the remaining classes from them.i was sure that since they have not issued anything in writing to me they would certainly have no problem with that but to my surprise I was told that they do not refund the fee .Mrs Anjali told me to speak to Mrs Mamta to get fee refunded whereas Mrs mamta told me that the centre will pay me fee. All 3 of them seemed to be blaming each other and making a fool of me. My calls were ignored and not attended and after constant followup and going to their centre without notice I was told my Mrs anjali that it is Mrs Mamta’s mistake and she will help me with refund and also will help me to attend remaining classes free of cost. When I went to the centre on the day they called me I discovered all of them changed there decision,they were harsh on me I said they never promised anything and that I can do what I want but they will not refund my fee.they even said it was my mistake that I decided to join yoga in there centre!
Pls help me get my hard earned money refunded. I request all Do not rely on empty promise by words of mouth; ask the yoga centre to put down any promise in writing to avoid dispute later.Good and responsible centres know the importance of customer service and claim to refund if full service is not offered.infact they even claim to try for 3-4 days and if customer is not satisfied no fee will be charged.but these ladies have shown poorest service to me.
