ING Vysya Bank - Not satisfied with the working staff of the bank

This is to inform you that I, Money Shah, account no- ********9845 ,is a customer of your bank in Udaipur city has faced problem with the working of the staff. While depositing the cash, we faced the loss of Rs.1500. When we were depositing the cash, the cashier, instead of taking our issue first; he dealt with other transactions; without completing with our work. At the time, when the problem occurred, the manager was also not there and came 30 mins later. The transaction was between the cashier and the two staff members. We deposited Rs.11000, 55 notes of Rs.100 and 11 notes of Rs.500. While counting the money ,first the cashier counted 100rs. notes than he left our work and dealt with the other work and than counted 500rs. notes in which three 500notes was missing. After all this issue, we didn't reached to any conclusion.

Complainant's Goal: We want you to take immediate action towards our problem.
