This is with the sad heart, I am writing to you about the worst experience of buying a Samsung galaxy Grand 2 phone.

 

I made up my mind again to buy a Samsung phone, I have already used this brand and have many other appliances at my home.

But this time I have faced the mortification of buying this phone and when I complaint about my issued at your service station, I had to face the terrible insult along with a great humiliation.

 

Below is the detail of the incident:

 

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 (G7102) on 7th Apr’14 from the “Go Mobile” shop at Lajpat Nagar part 2 New Delhi in the name of Mohd Suweb.

The IMEI “35211********96” and the invoice number was “00083­-0004303”.

 

I started using this phone after 2 days i.e 9th Apr’14 and since 10th Apr’14  noticed 2 issues in the phone:

·         Battery heat up

·         Hanging & Restarting issue

 

I called up Go Mobile center and informed about the problem, I got the communication from Go Mobile to visit “Pacetel Communication pvt ltd” Service center in C-59 Lajpat Nagar part 2 New Delhi  near Metro Station, with an assurance of DOA .

I went the center on 12th Apr’14 and sat there for more than 2 hours and at 6:30 the one guy name Amit Pandey denied me for the DOA and asked me to go stating there in no issue with the phone.

I Politely conveyed that I have come all the way from Vaishali Ghaziabad just to report this issue only and genuinely facing the concern.

I asked him I am not looking for the DOA but actually for the solution of the concern whether you provide me DOA of not but please fix up the issue.

 

When I asked them to arrange a meeting with the center manager the guys at center said “manager is on leaves”. ,

Meanwhile my Friend Shoaib said that  we are looking for the solution that mean you all have to help us being a customer care executive. But they all denied to help us.

 

And Mr Amit Pandey along with other guys at service center name, 1.Asgar, 2. Ahok Ratori, 3. Madan Kumar and a lady 4. Sarabjeet Kaur raised up their voice over me and humiliate me and insulted me and my friend

and tried to hit my friend .

When I tried to stop them than the lady Sarabjeet scratch me on my hand (camera footage can be the reference part)

 

When situation went beyond my tolerance than I asked their Identity Card but they denied to show then I called up local police station.

The police came in between and handle the situation.

 

Me and my friend left that place around 8:00pm they did not handed over me the service slip but when I forced them the handed over the slip with the number: ”41********”.

 

This incident made me so weak and insulted that no one helped me and misbehaved with an educated customer. I am working in Vodafone on a respectful profile.

 

Around at 10:00 pm I called up the service center number and informed about the situation but this was a waste of calling there also. Someone asked me to do the software updation but that also did not help me.

 

Now I am facing the same concern not only 2-3 time a day but more that 5-6 times. I have already given a good period and waited for more than a week for the call back but no one has called me back after 13th Apr’14 neither I have got the call from the Service center manager as per the assurance of the CCE over call.

 

Now I would not visit any of the service center again to report the issue as my first and last experience was very worst. And I am looking forward for the assistance from Samsung.

 

If I would not get any solution from Samsung than I would defiantly go for the consumer form and report my humiliation along with this I would right to my HR & Marketing team to stop the promotion of Samsung mobiles and Tablets at our store because this can lead to the future dissatisfaction amongst the Vodafone Customers and we value our customer more than any other brand.

 

This could have easily rectified by providing me the good services at your Service center  but this experienced with the worst behavioral issue of the executive at center have made me disheartened L
