To Whom so it may concern


I had purchased my Ritz DL12cc2637 from Rana motors on 5/9/11. From the very begining i am facing this problem during rainy season There are streaks on mine ritz windshield and when it's raining and we turn on the wipers they fog up. I don't know how to describe it but the streaks literally expand into this foggy crap. I tried wiping the streaks offeven replaced the wiper Blades so many times  but they won't go away. I also checked and it's not on the inside either.., every time when i complain They said sir wiper problem. i guess there is some manufacturing fault in the windshield,, from last two weeks i am trying to approach Mr Rajiv kumar shukla, he is like company will call you with in a day or two , hardly geting in response.its like my car is tottaly money waste in rainy season.need your support in this problem . please rectify it ASAP
