Dear Sir/Madam
I had purchased one sofa in the month of July2011 & the packing of sofa was
opened on the same day at the residence in the presence of delivery
boy.it was found that sofa is not fully stiched.I have made complaint
same day & after that more than100 times over phone no.********63 to
Mr.Sharma & also lodged complaint personally at the show room Noida.It
is surprising that no body is attending the complaint whereas they
have given gaurantee for 5 years.

I purchased a sofa from sector 10, noida shop. I was told wrong dimensions, hence didn't fit in my home. I told them to return and was promised refund full amount - transportation cost (350 Rs), but when i went to receive money on showroom, they have deducted 1500 Rs, giving useless excuses. There is Mr. Sharma, who even don't know how to talk with customers (old days shopkeeper). These shops is like a cheat, and if you buy, don't think of any return policy without losing some significant money & hassles.
