I had booked a kids laptop on home shop 18 on 03 june 14. the product was delivered on 12 june 14. the details are as given below:

on checking it was found that its dot matrix display is not functioning properly. one whole row is missing thus dividing display into 02 parts.
it is a manufacturing defect. secondly its keys have a faded display and will surely fade fully after some use.
