From brand Factory, Ahmedabad, I have purchased sports shoes (Spadling make) on 17th Aug-12. I hardly wore them may be for 6-7 days during this period , i observed all pasted portion coming off from all sides. I took shoe to showrrom. they didnt agree for replacement and customer service person said me if I was buying shoe first time because this type of issues keeps coming on and was nothing new in that. The same time I bought two shirts (Buffello), one fo them was almost degraded and was getting tear off easily, i got a replacemtn for that. For the same shirt and other one, 3-4 buttons are come off.

Being a BIG shop, we buy articles for gifting and if good are such, are they good enough to buy from there? Secondly, for repairs we need to rush them, stand there like a guilty person and explain the storry as if you are in police station and writing a complaint.

My point is why should we accept repair? why not replacment? believe me many of us are not going and report such defects becasue it doest cause us much agaist going there and take an extra trouble. So defect must be much more. Then quality function at this place is questionable and goods seems to be of poor quality. Details of my purchases are:
